Sommelier

The Sommelier program, offered by EAFC Thuin-Erquelinnes in Thuin, trains hospitality and food service professionals driven by service excellence and the art of welcoming. This 1-year program, taught in French, combines academic excellence with professional immersion. Students develop skills in hotel management, food service, and culinary techniques through intensive hands-on training in real-world settings. Graduates work in restaurants, hotels, event management, or launch their own hospitality business.
