The Pâtissier program, offered by EAFC Ardenne Bleue in Dison, trains hospitality and food service professionals driven by service excellence and the art of welcoming. Spanning 2 years and delivered in Français, this curriculum balances academic rigor with hands-on experience. Students develop skills in hotel management, food service, and culinary techniques through intensive hands-on training in real-world settings. Graduates work in restaurants, hotels, event management, or launch their own hospitality business.
