Offered by IPFC Brabant wallon in Nivelles, the Pâtissier program trains hospitality and food service professionals driven by service excellence and the art of welcoming. Over 2 years of study in French, you will build both theoretical knowledge and practical expertise. Students develop skills in hotel management, food service, and culinary techniques through intensive hands-on training in real-world settings. Graduates work in restaurants, hotels, event management, or launch their own hospitality business.
