Program Description

The Premier commis de cuisine program, offered by Enseignement de Promotion Sociale de la Ville de Liège in Liège, trains hospitality and food service professionals driven by service excellence and the art of welcoming. This 2-year program, taught in French, combines academic excellence with professional immersion. Students develop skills in hotel management, food service, and culinary techniques through intensive hands-on training in real-world settings.
