- •Secondary school diploma + grade report>>>Baccalaureate, certificate or any secondary school leaving qualification. If unavailable: certificate of non-issuance AND a copy of the grade report or final year report.
- •CESS equivalence valid by 14/09/2026>>>Foreign secondary qualification equivalent to the CESS (www.equivalences.cfwb.be). If provisional equivalence valid until 15/05/2026, submit it. If pending: proof of payment + screenshot from equivalence website confirming receipt.
- •Post-secondary certificates>>>Documents for academic years after secondary diploma. If studying since Sept. 2025: attendance certificate (dated Jan. 2026) + Jan. 2026 grade report. For any activity: employment contract, pay slips, internship certificate, etc. (weekly hours required).
- •Copy of identity document front and back (ID card or passport)
- •ID-type photo
